Amended on October 6, 2026 — in effect from November 6, 2026. The main changes are a new database protection provision (Article 6-4, which applies only to automated, business or AI-training collection), the Location-Based Service Business filing number (No. 1681), and a change in the retention of location-use confirmation records from 6 to 12 months. There is no change to the personal data collected or the purposes of use. Read the notice

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between LIMBO Inc. (the "Company") and its members in connection with the use of the mobile application "LIMBO" (the "Service"). Chapter 3 (Location-Based Services) forms a separate agreement for which the Company obtains separate consent under the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information of the Republic of Korea.

CHAPTER 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the basic matters concerning the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its members, and the conditions and procedures for using the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Service: the LIMBO application and all related services through which the Company curates and provides information on exhibitions, performances and other art events, and enables members to record their visits and interact with other users.
  2. Member: a person who agrees to these Terms, creates an account and uses the Service.
  3. Content: all information posted or registered on the Service by a member, including posts, visit records (logs), reviews, comments, photographs, guides and messages.
  4. Space Account: an account verified as an operator of an exhibition space, such as a gallery or museum, which may post events and notices.
  5. Database: the collection of materials on exhibitions, spaces and events that the Company collects, verifies, normalizes, arranges, builds and continuously updates, and each individual material therein.
  6. Automated Means: any crawler, scraper, robot, spider, script, automated agent or equivalent means written to access the Service or obtain data without individual human operation.
  7. Data Use Conditions: the page the Company operates to indicate the conditions for using the Database. Under Article 5-3(4), it forms part of these Terms. — https://www.limboart.com/data-terms
